England and Russia may be disqualified from Euro 2016

– Six British nationals remain in hospital after Russia and England fans clashed in Marseille

– There are fears Russian and England supporters could clash again in Lille later this week

England and Russia could face disqualification from Euro 2016 should their supporters get involve in further violence, UEFA has said.

This follows ugly fighting scenes that occurred in the city of Marseille before and after Saturday's match involving both teams.

It was gathered that UEFA had already opened disciplinary proceedings against Russia over the behaviour of their supporters at the Stade Velodrome in Marseille last night, June 11.

Following the ugly scene, six British nationals remain in hospital.
